CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington, Central Christian Church is a historically significant building recognized for its significant architectural beauty.  This project was a nearly 15,000 SF major addition to the existing church and renovation to the existing church.  Construction was accomplished using period sensitive techniques and materials to accomplish, maintain and preserve the building appearance on both the exterior and interior.  The project added a main entrance to the rear of the building, common gathering spaces, event spaces, and classrooms.

CHRIST CHURCH MARGARET HELM BUILDING

This project entailed complete renovation of a four-story classroom building built in 1964.  The work included new HVAC and electric as well as new finishes throughout.  ADA upgrades included an additional stop to the existing elevator.

STILL WATERS CAMP

Phase I of  the camp construction consisted of the new building of both a Boy’s and Girl’s bunkhouse.  Each building was approximately 12,100 square feet and were built with architectural features to mesh into the wooded landscape.  Phase II of the project was the construction of the 19,100 square foot camp Welcome Center and Chapel using steel and laminated timber construction.
