DERBY CITY BMX/BMX USA

The project involved reconstruction of an existing BMX track redesigned to meet International Olympic standards. As a field of competition, the IOC standards are precise and the venue is one of a few in the world where athletes can qualify for Olympic BMX competition.

TRANSYLVANIA UNIVERSITY STUDENT CENTER

 An 80,000 square foot new build replacement of the Student Center, that is located in the geographic center of Transylvania’s urban campus.  This project contained dining, student health, student fitness, locker rooms, renovation of the existing natatorium, meeting rooms and classrooms.

KENTUCKY PROUD PARK

This project involved construction of a 41,738 SF baseball stadium and training facility with seating capacity of 6,000.  The facility included team locker rooms and lounges, training facilities including indoor batting and pitching cages, team meeting rooms and hydrotherapy pools.  The upgraded fan experience, included two luxury Suites and a large covered and heated outdoor club with loge box seating.  The project included broadcast facilities for the team with a full SEC network broadcasting room.

JOE CRAFT FOOTBALL TRAINING FACILITY

This project involved construction of a new 108,000 SF football training facility and two new practice fields.  The football training facility provides the following services for the UK Football Team: kitchen and training table dining areas, team meeting and training rooms, coaching offices, a tutoring & education center, hydrotherapy, sports medicine, team locker rooms, equipment storage & distribution, and weight rooms.
