The Masonic Home corporate offices were relocated into a building also housing Sproutlings, a pediatric day care and preschool for traditional and prescribed pediatric extended care (PPEC) special needs children.  The project included renovation of 28,970 SF and additions of 10,047 SF.  The office fit-up involved a previously unoccupied second floor and the upper level of the 2 -story addition.  Renovations to the occupied day care and pre-school were part of the project.  The office finish entailed high level finishes and woodwork for executive offices and conference areas.
