EDUCATION
BLUEGRASS COMMUNITY & TECHNICAL COLLEGE
The 92,400 SF classroom building project was the first building constructed on the new campus for Bluegrass Community & Technical College and the first LEED-certified building in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. In addition, the project was recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy as part of the Better Buildings Challenge. The project also included work for the campus master plan with site preparation for the future campus, including demolition of over 400,000 SF of buildings.

LEXINGTON SCHOOL ACADEMIC CENTER
This project included the construction of a new 22,000 SF academic center, addition and renovation to the kitchen and dining hall, construction of a new athletic meeting facility and new athletic fields. In addition, interior renovations to the middle school and admissions department consisted of new HVAC systems, lighting and interior finishes.

UK COLLEGE OF LAW
The 50 year old , 101,000 square foot building, was stripped to the concrete structure and built back new along with a 30,000 square foot addition. The building was awarded a LEED Silver designation.
