Congleton-Hacker Company, Lexington, KY was established in 1961. Since our inception we have provided complete general contractor and construction management services for a wide variety of projects and owners in Kentucky. Throughout the years we have maintained the expertise and equipment to self-perform traditional general contractor trade work involving concrete and carpentry. We are proud of the multiple projects we have completed for many of our private clients and the longevity and depth of experience of our management team. We are a very stable company that has chosen to expand our team slowly and selectively with proven managers. We are a dominant, repetitive buyer of subcontractor services and construction materials in Kentucky over the past forty-seven years. We are familiar with the qualifications and capabilities of the most experienced and financially stable subcontractors.
